Exchange and Refund Terms
Returned items must be in their original condition and resaleable, with all attached tags, any intact packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
For reasons relating to hygiene and safety, swimwear, underwear, earrings, and cosmetics cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Items purchased at discounted prices during sales or promotional periods can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, but no refunds will be issued for these items.
In the case of promotional gifts with purchases, the gift must also be returned along with the purchased product for exchange.
If there's any discrepancy in the purchase receipt, please request to speak to the store manager immediately.

Payment Refund Procedure:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunding to a credit card may take 7 to 14 business days depending on the customer's bank.
Customers Outside Saudi Arabia:
- Exchange at brand stores is currently unavailable for our customers outside the Kingdom.
Returns Process
You can return your order for a refund within a 3-day grace period from the invoice date.
This return process requires two essential conditions:
- Return the product to the store in its original condition and packaging.
- Bring the invoice for the product.
Please note that the grace period is according to the laws applicable in your country, and special terms apply for promotions.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange any of the products, you can do so within 7 days from the purchase date:
By visiting the nearest store from our outlets to return the product and purchase new items.
Please consider product availability, and the exchange will be processed according to company policies.
Online Return and Exchange
What is online return?
You can now return products purchased through the website with a single click. You can complete the return process anytime through our website, where you can choose one or more products you wish to return, and they will be collected by the shipping company, with the refund being made using the same payment method.
Are there any products not eligible for online return?
- All products will be processed and inspected upon return; however, we may not accept return and refund requests in some cases, and therefore the product/products will be returned to your delivery address:
- Used products, unless defective.
- Underwear, swimwear, lingerie, perfumes, health and beauty products (such as body care, makeup, or cosmetics), or other personal products included in your order.
- Online return requests are only available for orders placed online and are not suitable for products purchased from stores.
- In some cases requiring the return of defective, damaged, or incorrect products in their original condition, we advise you to submit a return request online, and we will be happy to refund.
Exchange

Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us via WhatsApp +966533018555 or by sending an email to our customer service department within an hour of the order.
- If you paid by credit card or debit card, and you canceled the order according to this clause, we will refund the amount (if applicable) as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for the duration it takes for that process to appear in your account, as it depends on the procedures of the bank you use.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellation requests after the mentioned time as the order may have been processed, but it can be canceled by following our return/refund process as mentioned above.
